This remote position is open to several states across the U.S. and involves some travel for client meetings and team events. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, with benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant healthcare contract coordination experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Excel/Sheets in Microsoft Office or Google Suites.
• 1+ years of cross-functional project management.

Responsibilities

• Use demographic data to create recruitment lists targeting network adequacy by geography, specialty, or demographics.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to respond to data-related contracting inquiries.
• Oversee the 'Request to Join' process and monitor the 'Join Our Network' mailbox.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect provider contract data for enterprise systems setup.
• Maintain and verify contracting data in the network database.
• Support special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Screen and research provider requests from multiple channels.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline workflows and provider experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
