Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Network Recruitment team. You will manage new provider contracts, support market strategies, and maintain contract data with cross-functional partners.

The role is remote and open to multiple states. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and performance bonuses. Travel may be required for meetings and company events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in healthcare contracts.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare contract coordination.
• 1+ years experience with Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years experience managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment lists from provider data to target network adequacy by geography, specialty or demographics.
• Review and execute provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data contracting needs.
• Oversee the "Request to Join" process and the "Join Our Network" mailbox for new contracts.
