Responsibilities

• Create recruitment lists from demographic data to target network adequacy.
• Assist in preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and Join Our Network mailbox for new contracts.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect data for provider setup in enterprise systems.
• Maintain and verify contracting data in the network database; support updates.
• Provide support for special projects to ensure data completeness.
• Screen and research incoming provider requests from multiple platforms.
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
