Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to manage the provider contracts lifecycle and support market strategy development by maintaining accurate in-flight provider contracts data. You will ensure seamless operations and build relationships with internal teams and external providers.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment. This remote role travels occasionally for team meetings and client events, with work from home as a primary setup.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or similar role in a managed care environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment lists using demographic data for current out-of-network providers based on geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment team to address provider inquiries and data-related contracting concerns.
