Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment, to maintain network adequacy and drive growth through provider contracts data management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness of new provider contracts.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment. Role is remote with travel as needed and is open to multiple states across the US.

Formación

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant healthcare contract experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination or provider relations.
• 1+ years in Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years in cross-functional project prioritization and management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in contract administration and lifecycle for provider networks.
• Review and execute provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers on data contracting.
• Oversee 'Request to Join' and 'Join Our Network' workflow.
• Generate reports on provider contracts and network status.
• Coordinate data collection for enterprise systems and credentialing.
• Maintain provider contracting data and support updates.
• Support special projects to improve data completeness.
• Screen and research provider requests via multiple channels.
• Participate in process improvements for provider experience.
