Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to maintain provider network adequacy and drive growth through efficient contracting data management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure the accuracy of new contracts and support the contracting lifecycle.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment and work remotely across multiple states. The role requires 2+ years in healthcare contracting or related fields, strong Excel/Sheets

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination or provider relations.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in managed care.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and using Office tools.
• Experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize provider data to create recruitment lists by geography, specialty, or demographics.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and the Join Our Network mailbox.
• Generate reports on contract data updates and network status from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with departments to collect contract data for enterprise systems.
• Maintain and verify contracting data in the network database and assist updates.
• Support special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Screen and research incoming provider requests from multiple platforms.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline workflows and provider experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
