Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Solid knowledge of Samsung parameters and ability to conduct parameter audits and optimizations.
• Understanding of call flow and handshakes; DMAT/field data logs analysis for root causes.
• Solid knowledge of Samsung network KPIs and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics and applying data science techniques to improve network capacity, coverage and service.
• Analyze network capacity and coverage and identify improvements.
• Evaluate service performance trends and isolate root causes of degraded services.
• Automate data collection, reports, visualization and system updates.
• Create dashboards and geolocate data to present information dynamically.
