Verizon Communications in Charlotte, NC is seeking a data analytics professional to join its System Performance team. You will investigate and resolve network performance issues, develop insights from large data sets, and create dashboards to influence capacity and service improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of analytics and visualization experience, a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and is willing to travel up to 25%. This hybrid role combines home and in-office work.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.

• Experience in LTE including VoLTE and RAN networks.

• Experience with vendor systems and equipment, preferably Ericsson.

• Troubleshooting and vendor management experience.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
