Job summary

Verizon is seeking data-driven professionals to join the System Performance team to analyze network performance and deliver insights that improve capacity and customer satisfaction. You will investigate data, build dashboards, and drive data-led decisions that keep us ahead of the competition.

What you'll be doing...

We don't wait for the future. We build it. We are calling for data driven candidates with strong data analytical and visualization backgrounds to join our System Performance team. You will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers. The work you'll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition. You will be using large amounts of data to develop network insights and strategies to improve performance.

What we're looking for...

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.
• Experience in LTE including VoLTE and RAN networks.
• Experience with vendor systems and equipment, preferably Ericsson.
• Troubleshooting and vendor management experience.

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
