Keurig Dr Pepper in Frisco, TX seeks a Network Optimization Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of the end-to-end long-range network optimization strategy. You will translate strategic concepts into data requirements and modeling logic using GAINS to assess network performance under varying demand scenarios.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, DSD, warehousing/RDC, and cross-functional leadership, with strong analytical skills and experience with GAINS/LLamasoft and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or 8 years’ work experience in CPG.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex warehouse and delivery RTM.
• Proven success with analytics using Excel, Power BI, GAINS/LLamasoft.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational concepts into modeling requirements – bridge the gap between high-level ideas and complex network modeling requirements
• Collaborate cross functionally - work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure mutual success
• Manage stakeholder engagement – strategize throughout DSD operations, SC logistics, and demand planning leadership
• Drive value – utilize fact-based decision making to add value across the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships – build a network of trusted leaders to ensure individual success
