Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with distribution center/DSD experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, EHS compliance.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and frontline teams.
• People leadership in a distribution center or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Reduce accident and injury rates in the facility.
• Lead safety investigations and root cause countermeasures.
• Ensure monthly safety training and adherence to Safety Playbooks.
• Conduct OSHA-style audits and close regulatory gaps.
• Improve OTA score and pick accuracy above 99.8% with Voice Pick standards.
• Drive cost per case efficiency and apply Warehouse University principles.
• Communicate with partners via weekly operations calls.
• Develop facility engagement plans and align large teams.
• P&L responsibility for the facility.
• Foster trust and a high-performance, safe work environment.
