Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Network Manager to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing operation of the company’s network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-connected environments. You will supervise a team of network analysts, engineers, and architects, ensuring redundancy, availability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in networking fields.
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering or operations.
• 0-2 years in leadership or management roles (preferred).
• May require overnight travel.
• Lift up to 25 pounds; normal office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, deployment, support and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain network monitoring procedures and methods.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and security compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact incidents.
• Collaborate with network engineering to support ongoing initiatives.
• Manage incident response and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with architects and senior leadership on network strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure network documentation is updated and effectively implemented.
• Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, forecasts for the scope.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Network Engineer team members.
• Evaluate and recommend network technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Support security, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.
