Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to provide regional direction for the Aptitude program across all project phases. You will drive strategy, manage budgets, and lead relationships with stakeholders to meet contractual and financial targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction efforts, offering technical expertise on integration of systems, and mentoring teams to align with JE Dunn’s objectives and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 8+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts that meet standards.
• Provide technical expertise related to design assist, installation, and network integration.
• Create technology specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members in a proactive manner.
