Job summary

You will serve as a technical escalation point, monitor health and performance, and execute approved changes. The role also involves root-cause analysis, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers as part of shift leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network operations or network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of incident management and service-level agreements.
• CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point during major incidents.
• Monitor network health, alerts, and service performance.
• Execute approved network changes and maintenance activities.
• Support root cause analysis and prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and improve operational procedures.
