Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in network operations and relevant certifications; partial onsite with a team onsite Tue-Thu. Strong communication and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or 4 years related work experience.
• 2 years experience with an associate's degree acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years in network operations, administration or infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in 24x7 operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience with monitoring, maintenance and infra support.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational health checks and environment validation.
• Monitor network performance, availability and capacity.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents and outages.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage break-fix activities and service requests.
• Execute changes per change management processes.
• Support compliance remediation efforts.
• Manage network backup and recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure and app support teams.
