Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer to support 24/7 monitoring, advanced technical support, network design, implementation, and escalation for our global network infrastructure. You will focus on 11:11 Systems Connectivity Solutions and Managed Network Solutions, in a role reporting to the Director of Network Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University degree in a related field or equivalent 8+ years of work experience.
• Extensive OSI-based network troubleshooting experience with debug commands and captures.
• Extensive experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco Nexus and Juniper SRX.
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.
• SD-WAN design and FortiGate SD-WAN implementations.
• Routing protocols design and troubleshooting (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS).
• VMware NSX-V/NSX-T and NSX troubleshooting experience.
• AWS networking services (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect).
• Cloudflare services for production environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, install, maintain, and upgrade Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto devices for customers and internal network infra.
• Plan network expansions by recommending designs and connectivity solutions.
• Develop and review designs to meet security policies and best practices.
• Implement SD-WAN, MPLS, wired/wireless connectivity, and load balancers per policy.
• Provide multi-layered technical support via the Network Operations Center.
• Escalate to appropriate resources and track issues in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and third parties to troubleshoot and design sessions.
• Maintain certifications to stay current with products and services.
