Qualifications

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for the daily operation and support of a highly available enterprise network environment that supports the entire Client organization. The team ensures the security, reliability, and performance of critical network services through proactive monitoring, incident response, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This team plays a vital role in maintaining business continuity and partnering with other IT organizations to ensure infrastructure and application availability.
