Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network monitoring and observability solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead integration projects for new monitoring tools, platforms, and data sources including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and network appliances.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation playbooks (Ansible, Python) for agent deployment, configuration, and system integration.
• Architect and optimize event management, alerting policies, and escalation workflows.
