Job summary

Hawaiian Telcom is seeking a Manager II for CO Network and Facilities Operations in Honolulu to bridge Enterprise, Network, and Real Estate Operations. You will drive process consistency, performance metrics, and incident resolution critical to core services.

Responsibilities include ensuring facility readiness, coordinating major incidents, and overseeing capital projects, with a focus on alignment across power, space, and environmental dependencies in telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years in related field.
• Experience in network operations, facilities operations, or telecommunications field services.
• Prior exposure to incident, change, or service management disciplines required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Network Operations and Real Estate & Facilities
• Ensure facility readiness (power, space, access, environment) to support network operations and SLA-driven services
• Validate readiness for service turn-ups, expansions (New Build), upgrades, and decommissions (Network Transformation)
• Resolve facility-related risks impacting operations (e.g., power, HVAC, security, redundancy)
• Lead coordination for major incidents and facility-related escalations; ensure root cause analysis is completed and process improvements implemented
• Coordinate delivery of BAU Facilties and Power capital projects and "Exception" projects as assigned.
