Total Plastic Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Network Administrator to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, including ERP (IQMS DELMIAWorks) and network systems. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and ongoing improvements across hardware, software, and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5–10 years of network administration, systems administration, or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Experience supporting IQMS DELMIAWorks or another manufacturing ERP system strongly preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ certification; additional Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, cybersecurity, database, or related IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
• Administer and maintain Windows environment.
• Support and maintain IQMS DELMIAWorks ERP system including performance, connectivity, and user access.
• Coordinate with software provider for ERP issues and upgrades.
• Maintain network hardware and software including routers, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, reliability, and performance issues.
• Provide timely technical support to users across the organization.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, access, and procedures.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
