Job summary

Systems Engineering is seeking a full-time Network Engineer III to design, implement, maintain, and support advanced networking, security, and collaboration solutions for client environments. This client-facing role emphasizes strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals.

We require five years of tech experience with at least three in service-based environments, Cisco/Fortinet certifications preferred, and the ability to work in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network, system, and performance issues.
• Design, implement, and integrate networking, security, and collaboration technologies within client environments.
• Serve as a technical resource for diagnosing and remediating complex client technology issues.
• Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive network and technical documentation.
• Partner with Account Managers to assess client needs and design, refine, and present technology proposals to clients and prospective clients.
