Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Networking Professional Services Engineer with Top Secret/SCI w/CI Poly clearance. This remote/teleworker role supports MX and Routing Director in a large-scale service provider environment.

You will plan deployments, develop implementation plans, test solutions, and coordinate with JTAC to resolve issues. As the primary customer contact, you will provide detailed troubleshooting, case data, and root cause analysis, while collaborating with a team

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale ISP environments.
• Mastery of WAN transport topologies and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet customer and account goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate JTAC resolutions.
• Experience delivering root cause analyses and status updates.
• Ability to conduct technical briefings and training sessions.
