Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to guide customers from PoC to full production for GPU-centric infrastructure deployments. The role requires hands-on data center networking, EVPN/VXLAN fabric design, and IaC using Terraform in a remote-first, time-zone aware environment.

You will own high-impact customer accounts, implement scalable networking solutions, and deliver workshops while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level network engineering expertise with CCIE-level knowledge or equivalent.
• Deep hands-on proficiency in data center technologies, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics in production.
• Strong automation and IaC experience using Terraform or similar tools to deploy at scale.
• Vendor-agnostic mindset across different networking stacks.
• Experience designing data center networks from scratch across servers, switches, routers, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through PoC to full production deployments in GPU infrastructure environments.
• Design and implement data center networking solutions across servers, switches, and routers.
• Support customers building next-generation GPU infrastructure, focusing on EVPN/VXLAN fabric design, automation, and operations readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales during technical validation after PoC handover.
• Deliver remote implementations and technical workshops via Zoom/Slack and coordinate with hardware/software teams.
• Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers move to live production.
• Balance time ~50/50 between implementation and customer support across accounts.
