Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration seeks a Staff Engineer Network (Project Manager) to lead the Networking Resource Managed Area (RMA) and own the planning and execution of network engineering for the C2BMC program. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, the role requires on‑site work with no remote options and demands a Top Secret clearance.

You will drive backlog, staffing, and agile execution across multiple sites, coordinating with ARTs and external partners to meet schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university with 12 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 10 years of experience; or 16 years of experience as alternative
• Active Top Secret clearance at time of application and eligibility for SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the Networking Resource Managed Area (RMA) and direct Agile Release Train (ART) commitments for network infrastructure
• Capture, prioritize, and decompose technical backlog into epics and capabilities with adequate staffing
• Serve as the primary technical authority for network infrastructure across the program
• Develop and maintain the integrated program schedule, cost estimates, and risk registers
• Own Earned Value Management (EVM) and control account responsibilities for Networking RMA
• Recruit, train, and retain a high‑performing Networks workforce and manage performance
• Coordinate with Solution Chiefs, RMAs, ARTs and external partners to resolve dependencies
• Author and approve BOEs and proposal content for network efforts
• Lead risk and opportunity management and communicate status to leadership
