Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Staff Engineer Network (Project Manager) EPM to lead the Networking Resource Managed Area within the C2BMC program. The role requires on-site work with no remote options.

You will plan network engineering activities, manage cost and schedule, grow a high-performing team, and ensure modern, secure network solutions aligned with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/Network Eng with 12+ years; or Master’s in related field with 10+ years; or 16 years alternative.
• Active Top Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Networking RMA and Agile Release Train commitments related to network infrastructure.
• Own BOEs, cost estimates and program schedules; ensure staffing and delivery.
• Serve as the technical authority for network infrastructure across the program; align with baselines and engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain the network portion of the integrated program schedule, cost estimates, and risk registers.
• Provide briefings to senior leadership on status, risks, and mitigation plans.
