Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Senior Network Engineer located in Sterling, Virginia. This role is integral to the Network team, responsible for designing and maintaining network infrastructure that supports nearly 10,000 users.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying network solutions, configuring Cisco and FortiGate equipment, and understanding complex networking protocols. This position is 100% onsite with a requirement to live within a 25-mile radius.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more of experience in a corporate IT operations environment.
• 5 years of hands-on experience installing and configuring networking technologies.
• Experience in the set-up of DMZ and/or multi-layer network zones.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage network infrastructure for high availability.
• Install and upgrade firmware on network equipment.
• Serve as network/security subject matter expert on Fortinet technologies.
