Job summary

Coordinated Business Systems is seeking a Network Engineer for our Managed Services team in central Minnesota. The role blends design, stabilization, and support across client environments, with hybrid work from Willmar or Saint Cloud and occasional client-site visits.

You will collaborate with service desk and engineers, handle complex networking issues, and contribute to high-level IT initiatives while partaking in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Network Engineering experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• 5+ years of combined IT field experience (network engineering, service desk, field technician, or similar).
• Strong expertise in networking fundamentals: firewalls, switches, network protocols, and VPN; virtualization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service desk and network engineering teams to resolve complex networking issues.
• Provide onsite and remote support to diverse client environments.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain client systems using RMM tools.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve network, server, and end-user issues.
• Communicate project updates and issue status to clients and internal teams via PSA tools and email/phone.
