Qualifications

• BA/BS with 6+ years or AA with 8+ years or HS diploma with 10+ years.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Network+ certification
• Security+ certification
• Cloud/Virtual Desktop Environment experience
• SATCOM experience
• VTC experience
• Tactical Radio experience
• Strong GCCS/GBS/TROJAN knowledge
• Solid IT concepts and interconnection knowledge
• Excellent multi-tasking and organization; manage multiple projects
• U.S. passport valid for at least 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment of GCCS.
• Provide hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment of GBS.
• Provide hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment of TROJAN SATCOM.
• Set up meetings, hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment of VTC.
• Support 150 workstations with imaging, accounts, and general IT tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and repair connectivity across devices.
• Maintain expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, and related IT interfaces.
• Provide operations support for AN/PRC-162 radios.
• Other duties as assigned.
