Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across a geographically distributed environment in Tempe, AZ. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of network services and support a mix of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and voice technologies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Cisco experience, OT familiarity for manufacturing environments, and strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in network engineering or related infrastructure role.
Experience with OT (Operational Technology).
Strong Cisco networking experience including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
Support and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN environments.
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity and proactively identify issues.
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security issues.
Configure and maintain network security technologies and implement industry best practices.
Support TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and other core networking technologies.
Support enterprise voice technologies, including VoIP and Cisco CUCM.
Implement and maintain network authentication and access-control technologies such as 802.1X.
