Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions seeks a Senior Network Administrator to support PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. The role involves designing, deploying, and troubleshooting layer 2/3 networks, ensuring high availability and security compliance.

You will lead LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center initiatives and develop standard operating procedures. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 5+ years of hands-on network experience, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years hands-on network engineer experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and design.
CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification.
Secret clearance.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise network equipment.
Experience with NGFWs, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.
DoD network compliance familiarity and ability to apply STIGs.

Responsibilities

Serve as top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents and performance issues.
Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams and SOPs.
Collaborate with IT security to enforce network security policies.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime.
Evaluate new networking technologies, tools, and vendors.
Support STIG remediation and IAVM patching as part of security posture.
