M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in Tysons, VA. You will design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal, local, and commercial customers, with emphasis on reliability and cybersecurity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, proficiency with Cisco/Aruba/Juniper/Arista, Visio, Wireshark, and Putty. DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering or related fields.
• DoD SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results and present to senior personnel.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Develop network designs for SLA classifications and prepare design documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues; support 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Prepare QA/QC, test plans, and commissioning procedures; perform system integration testing.
