Job summary

Axon Enterprise is hiring a Network Engineer to join our Global Operations team. You will design, deploy, and support the infrastructure that powers Axon’s public safety products, with a focus on scalable networks and infrastructure as code.

You’ll work on AWS networking (VPCs, Direct Connect, Route 53) and traditional networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VPNs, DNS). This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on AWS networking experience with VPCs, Direct Connect, Route 53.
• Solid foundation in TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPNs and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network for global operations and live systems.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls and Cisco switches/routers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot to maximize uptime.
• Mentor junior network engineers and guide vendors/service providers.
