Job summary

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to oversee administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with teams on operational tasks, system enhancements, and project activities to ensure optimal performance.

The role expects 3-5 years of experience with Cisco networking, SD-WAN, and network monitoring, with CCNA routing & switching required and wireless/ Security

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant network infrastructure experience
• Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching required
• Cisco CCNA Wireless preferred
• Cisco CCNA Security preferred
• ACMA/ACCA preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of network infrastructure systems
• Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks, system enhancements and project activities
• Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents
• Act as an escalation point for complex network issues
• Develop and maintain configuration standards, runbooks, and documentation
• Travel to remote office and ATM locations up to 50% of the time and participate in on-call rotation
