Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Network Engineer to administer and troubleshoot enterprise Cisco networks, with a focus on routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN. The candidate will develop standards, runbooks, and procedures while coordinating with vendors and engineering teams on upgrades and projects.

You will monitor health, logs, and KPIs, respond to incidents, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation. A strong foundation in Python and Ansible is preferred for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant network infrastructure experience.
• Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching required.
• CCNA Wireless/Security preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP.
• Experience with SD-WAN and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, install, provision, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure systems.
• Support enterprise Cisco network infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, monitoring, and branch connectivity.
• Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot network systems.
• Develop and maintain configuration standards, runbooks, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, stakeholders for upgrades and projects.
• Monitor network health, KPI reporting, and system integrity; respond to incidents.
