Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to ensure availability and performance of the credit union's network infrastructure. You will administer, configure, install, monitor, and troubleshoot across routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and data center components.

You will participate in after-hours maintenance, incident response, and root cause analyses, collaborating with vendors, peers, and engineering teams to continuously improve configuration standards and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant network infrastructure experience.
• Cisco CCNA routing and switching required.
• Experience with SD-WAN, branch connectivity, and network monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, install, provision, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure availability and performance.
• Lead incidents and perform root cause analyses; coordinate with vendors and engineering teams.
• Create standards, runbooks, and documentation; participate in after-hours maintenance.
