Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on P1 troubleshooting, real-time packet captures with Wireshark, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues under pressure.

Qualifications

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing; VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access); Panorama management and threat prevention profiles.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Level 3 and advanced network issues and providing solutions in high‑pressure environments.
• Investigate causes, test solutions & suggest improvements to reduce resolution time of tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Understand network support priorities and actively contribute to meeting them.
• Lead operational issues independently in a high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
