Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage campus, data center, and remote-site networks including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Support VoIP, cloud connectivity, guest access, wireless onboarding, and security controls.
• Diagnose outages, resolve performance issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
