Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer/Computer Network Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise network systems for government customers.

This role focuses on LAN/WAN, security, storage integration, and high-availability across data centers, with on-site responsibilities at customer locations. You will lead network design, analysis, and deployment, coordinate with architects and security teams, and ensure resilient, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 10+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification required prior to start date.
• TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, configure, deploy, upgrade, and support LANs/WANs and data networks for government systems.
• Manage analysis and development of final reports and presentations related to IT.
• Lead delivery of mission-critical systems and software products in enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with Systems Architects, Security, and PM/Proj Management to align initiatives.
