Job summary

Sienna Systems Corporation seeks a Network Engineer for the CBP ENAESS program in Ashburn, VA, Hybrid with ~35% travel. You will design, test, and implement network solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments, operating within Cisco ACI fabric and managing F5 load balancers.

Requires US citizenship, 6–7 years with a degree or 10–11 years without, and experience with Cisco routing, firewalls, and DMZs. A $5,000 signing bonus applies for CBP BI backgrounds.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required with ability to pass CBP background check.
• 6–7 years experience with Bachelor's, or 10–11 years without a degree.
• Production Cisco routing and switching experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise firewalls, load balancers, DMZ architecture.
• Strong TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security knowledge.
• Willingness to travel ~35%.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, test, and implement network solutions across on‑premises and cloud.
• Work within and extend the Cisco ACI fabric.
• Implement and tune F5 LTM/GTM load balancing.
• Support colocation, data center migrations, and relocations.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and secure approvals.
• Coordinate change requests and follow change management.
• Test hardware/software and remediate issues; ensure clean integration.
• Support upgrades/patching and automate where possible.
• Provide escalation support for outages of networks and critical apps.
