Job summary

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Network Engineer in the Tampa Bay Area to design, implement, and support enterprise Cisco networking solutions across a broad customer base. You will work on LAN/WAN, Wireless, DC projects and SD-WAN while collaborating with the Professional Services team.

The role emphasizes Cisco routing/switching, security, and advanced troubleshooting with a hybrid 2–3 days per week in-office. A strong background with Cisco Partner environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
• Cisco Catalyst and/or Nexus switching platforms.
• Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
• VLANs, STP, LACP, HSRP and VRRP.
• Cisco Wireless / Catalyst Wireless experience preferred.
• Cisco Firepower / ASA experience preferred.
• VPN technologies and network security.
• Cisco Meraki experience is advantageous.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Previous experience working for a Cisco Partner, MSP or IT Consultancy.
• Strong customer-facing and Professional Services experience.

We're working with a growing Cisco Partner in the Tampa Bay Area who are continuing to expand their Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer to work on enterprise networking projects across a broad customer base, utilising Cisco's latest networking technologies.

Responsibilities
