Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Development Contractor to expand a Medicare-compliant provider network. You will combine contracting expertise with proactive business development to support expansion into new counties and nurture relationships with physician groups and hospitals.

The role is fully remote, supports multiple time zones, and requires strong judgment, organization, and independent decision-making. Prior network outreach and complex contract execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4–8 years negotiating and servicing managed care contracts with physicians, hospitals, and/or other providers.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage contracting; SNP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in value-based contracting and understanding value-based care concepts.
• Track record with complex providers, large medical groups, and ancillary orgs.
• Strong provider outreach, prospecting, relationship-building, research and due diligence.
• Confidence initiating cold calls and presenting network value.
• Ability to explain contract terms, reimbursement structures, and financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, contract with, and maintain provider relationships across geographies.
• Maintain network adequacy while expanding into new counties and markets.
• Research prospective providers and independently prioritize outreach.
• Build relationships through cold calling and consultative conversations.
• Initiate, negotiate, and execute managed care contracts with complex providers.
• Explain contract terms and assess the financial impact of proposed terms.
• Maintain accurate contracts, outreach activity, and documentation.
• Apply sound judgment and align decisions with strategy and guidelines.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
