Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting or provider services.
• 2+ years of experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate rates with providers.
• Proven experience with provider contracting.
• Intermediate experience using MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting efforts for network expansion projects.
• Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
• Develop geographically competitive, broad access, stable networks that achieve unit cost objectives.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with templates and reimbursement standards.
• Ensure network composition includes appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
• Respond to network needs as it relates to contracts.
