Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in the United States (Washington, Attalia) is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to support AWS data-center networks, troubleshoot hardware and networking issues, and help scale the infrastructure.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable network operations and participate in deployment and migration activities. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years hardware troubleshooting and 1+ year networking experience, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment.
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
