Job summary

Luxoft seeks a Network Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of network services for clients in a senior technical leadership role. You will serve as the primary accountability contact for performance, ensuring delivery meets contractual commitments and quality goals while coordinating with account teams, suppliers, and technical towers.

Responsibilities include leading delivery across the account (firewalls, routing, DNS, load balancing), managing escalations, and driving optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network delivery management or a senior network engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies: LAN/WAN (Cisco/Dell, DNS (Infoblox), Firewall (Palo Alto), Load Balancing (F5)).
• Experience managing network services in a large enterprise or managed services environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a virtual/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of network services across the account. Services include firewalls, route/switch, DNS and load balancing.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for network-related delivery issues, proactively managing risks and driving resolution.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and Intranets.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) and service delivery towers to align network delivery with overall account strategy.
• Drive optimization initiatives to improve network performance, reduce costs, and enhance client experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network delivery team members.
• Prepare and present delivery performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support transition and transformation efforts for new or changing network services.
