Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Network Evaluator to lead proactive defense efforts and analyze complex networks to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate cyber threats. The role requires strong networking knowledge, incident response experience, and expertise with SIEM technologies such as Splunk and Elastic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong networking knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Arista devices and protocols).
• Experience with computer network defense, vulnerability assessment, incident response, packet analysis, SIEM technologies, and cybersecurity analysis.
• Practical experience with Splunk and Elastic.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive computer network defense activities by analyzing systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and detect intrusions.
• Monitor security events, assess attack surfaces, and develop operational courses of action to mitigate cyber threats.
• Research system vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies; document analytic findings and produce reports for Government stakeholders.
