Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Principal Network Evaluator to support a US government Computer Network Defense mission in Linthicum, MD. The role requires evaluating vulnerabilities, investigating cyber threats, and delivering actionable recommendations to strengthen enterprise security.

Active TS/SCI with polygraph and US citizenship are required. You will work with government stakeholders, perform network defense, vulnerability assessments, and incident response, and contribute to threat detection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with computer network defense, vulnerability assessment, incident response, packet analysis, network protocols, SIEM technologies, and cybersecurity analysis.
• Strong networking knowledge and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience researching system vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience with Splunk and Elastic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive computer network defense activities by analyzing systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities, detect network intrusions, monitor security events, assess attack surfaces, and develop operational courses of action to mitigate cyber threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using industry-standard tools and techniques, analyze network traffic and audit logs, conduct packet analysis, research emerging technologies and vulnerabilities, support digital forensics and exploitation activities, document analytic findings, and produce comprehensive reports and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
