Job summary

The IBM Cloud Service Manager position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Herndon, VA is an onsite role with an expectation to work primarily from an HPE office, on a hybrid schedule.

You will act as a designated advocate within HPE Networking for post-sale account support, coordinating across technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience in supporting large, complex IP-based networks.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, MPLS VPNs, OSPF, BGP, and network management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; cross-functional achievements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and audit case progress.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/bi-weekly case reviews with status updates.
• Conduct Operations Reviews to assess product and support performance.
• Prepare Postmortem/Root Cause Analysis for issues.
• Perform trend analysis and drive resolution with other orgs.
• Provide high-level software upgrade guidance and manage non-technical escalations.
• Conduct Juniper customer support process training sessions.
• Document and educate internal resources on the customer.
• Coordinate support efforts across multiple organizations.
