Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to manage provider contracting data and network growth. This role supports market strategies through diligent management of in-flight contracts and collaborates with internal teams and external providers to ensure data accuracy.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment, and work remotely with travel for client meetings and team events. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or similar role within a managed care environment.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel/Sheets and MS Office or Google Suites.

Responsabilités

• Create recruitment lists using demographic data for current out-of-network providers by geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• Assist in preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting issues.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and the Join Our Network mailbox to identify new provider contracts.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status from multiple data sources.
• Coordinate data collection for provider setup in enterprise systems including provider directory and credentialing processes.
• Maintain and verify contracting data in the network database and support ongoing updates.
• Support special projects to ensure completeness and accuracy of the contracting database.
• Screen and research incoming provider requests from multiple channels.
