Job summary

Based in Highland Heights, the role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Operations to enable new opportunities, accelerate development, and optimize existing products for global manufacturing and customer requirements. Travel ~25% to customer sites and facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in engineering, preferably in telecommunications, network components, or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and translate into manufacturable solutions.
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical partner to support growth initiatives and existing customers.
• Provide timely, technically accurate responses to inquiries about Network Components products and applications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Support quotations, bids, and product qualifications; coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and competitiveness.
• Assist in transfer of products between locations and ensure quality and consistency.
