Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to serve as the technical leader for the enterprise network. You will design complex architectures, oversee security, and drive modernization initiatives while mentoring a team of network engineers.

You will partner with management to establish standards, govern technology choices, and ensure reliable, scalable connectivity across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of network engineering experience with leadership/mentoring responsibility.
• Proficiency with large-scale routing architectures and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise and hybrid cloud network design and architecture.
• Architect, implement, and optimize routing, security, and connectivity solutions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to engineers.
